1. Booking and Payment:
a. A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the cost is required to secure the date and time for our services.
b. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the scheduled session/event.
c. Payments can be made by clicking on the BOOK NOW button.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellation:
a. Clients may reschedule a session/event with at least one week notice, subject to availability.
b. Cancellations made less than a week before the scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee if the client made full payment.
3. Service Delivery:
a. High-resolution edited images/videos will be delivered via [online gallery/USB/other agreed method] between 1 to 7 days for Pictures and 2 months maximum for Full Videos of the session/event.
b. The number of edited images/videos are determined by the chosen package; additional edits may incur extra charges.
4. Usage Rights:
a. Clients have the right to use the images for personal use, including printing, sharing on social media, and personal websites.
b. We retain copyright and reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes.
5. Client Cooperation:
a. The client agrees to cooperate and provide assistance to us to achieve the desired results.
b. Any delays caused by the client may affect the quantity and quality of the final images.
6. Model Release:
a. The client grants us permission to use images/videos ect for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
7. Equipment and Force Majeure:
a. We are not liable for equipment failure or unforeseen events beyond reasonable control (force majeure) that may disrupt or prevent the session/event.
8. Editing Style:
a. Sabb Studio has the creative discretion to edit images in their signature style, and additional editing requests may incur extra charges.
9. Client Satisfaction:
a. Clients are encouraged to express concerns or dissatisfaction promptly, and we will strive to address and resolve any issues professionally.
10. Liability:
a. We are not responsible for any damage to property or injury caused during the session/event.
b. The client agrees to indemnify and hold our personnel harmless for any legal actions related to the services provided.
11. Governing Law:
Sabb Studio is a business registered by the Government of Ghana and these agreements are governed by the laws and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
